Hurricanes, earthquakes, mudslides, tornadoes as well as other natural disasters wreak havoc on our local communities, which many times are not prepared to deal with the often catastrophic results of these events. As a corporate citizen of these communities, we’re affected as well, not just as a business, but personally as we watch our friends, business associates and neighbors cope with the aftermath. In these situations, FAST WRAP and our shrink wrapping partners provide both emergency relief and long-term support to the painful job of rebuilding lives and communities.
Communications
Fast Wrap has equipped all First-Responder Vehicles with satellite telephones, as we collaborate with local governments and insurance companies. In addition, we partner with national as well as local relief agencies on-site to provide immediate asset protection. One of the most critical needs in the aftermath is asset protection from further damage caused by severe weather, vandals and looting. We mobilize our trucks and employees, who work around the clock, providing the security and asset protection to the affected communities.
Rebuilding, Assessing and Infrastructure
Beyond providing immediate aid, Fast Wrap continues to provide sustained support to reconstruction in disaster-affected communities. Each project is designed and implemented in close partnership with local authorities and community leaders to ensure local relevance, ownership and sustainability.
Special Service
Same Day ShadeTM – aside from immediate asset protection, FAST WRAP provides Same Day Shade structures in sizes 10x10 to 40x100. These structures are used as temporary shelters, command centers and safe, dry equipment storage.
Anti-Microbial – one of many Fast Wrap proprietary products, Anti-Microbial “Bio- Shrink” is used to kill and prevent mold, mildew, and algae. It even resists the E-coli virus commonly found in the aftermath of natural disasters.
VCI (volatile corrosion intercept) – long after the immediate needs of FAST WRAP are gone, our employees continue providing services with our VCI film, protecting homes and businesses requiring special protection for metals and electronics.
